McLoserstene #5

This is McLoserstene standing in my Hall of Fame, which is, uh, in my hallway.

Mementos of my career span every square inch of the space, only about a third of which is shown here. Whenever I feel like I should have done something normal, like get a real job, get married and settle down in suburbia, I walk into my Hall of Fame and it always makes me smile. I did shit, yo. Or at least I keep telling myself that.

I'd tell you why she's in this shot, angled like this, but she would kill me. It's like she's in the mob or something.

End of chat.

Ok so my comment is totally off topic. I've been reading you for a month or so now (perhaps longer - I'm not great with time spans) and finally today decided to peruse some of your links to prior posts. If I may say - OMG you almost made me pee myself!! I won't get into that whole babbling adoration thing cause clearly you're too cool for that, but I just wanted to say that:

"I hear you. But what about the children? Fuck the children. How many presents do you have to give them until they have high self-esteem? What about getting together with the family? Fuck the family. Families fight more at the holidays than at any other time of the year. What about the extra days you get off from work because of the holidays? Interestingly enough, I embrace that one."

is sooooooooo my favorite thing about the holidays that anyone has ever said.

  3. Jane, you must have AMAZING eyesight. I can't believe you could make out the boots. Yeah, I probably should do the rest of the wall. Thanks for the idea.

Beckie, I'm never going to be cool enough to not want people drooling over me. Thanks for the kind words.

From the few photos I've seen, it's obvious your home is really cool.

    Is photos-in-hallway good feng shui?

  5. surcie, I don't decorate out of catalogs. I don't embrace the 'hotel' look that a lot of people like in their own homes.

The only place you should NEVER have photos is in your bedroom, looking at your bed. Bery, bery, bad.

  6. I have a digital photo album of my friends, family, and all my travels. It's a "mobile hall of fame" that I can take with me everywhere. :-)
